We want you to be happy with the service provided, so we offer full refunds within 30 days of purchasing a subscription for those who have 12-month plans. Due to the time-sensitive nature of our products and services, we can not offer any refunds after 30 days.
If you purchased a monthly subscription, we are unable to provide refunds. If you need assistance canceling your subscription, please refer to this article. Also note that canceling your subscription doesn't provide you with a refund, or entitle you to one.
